Basic Service Fee - $150.00*

Two Borrowers/Two Locations - $250.00

1^st & 2^nd TD Fee - $200.00*

No Show/Halted Signing Fee - $100.00

General Notary Service Fees

Acknowledgment - $10.00 ea.

Jurat - $10.00 ea.

Immigration Form - $10.00 ea.

Oaths & Affirmations - $10.00 ea.

Proofs - $10.00 ea.

Travel Fee - $2/Mile**

Other Services

Fax Fee - $1/Page

Courier Service - $2/Mile

Surcharge - $15.00 - $50.00

On Site Service – please call for your special rate

*There is a fee of $25.00 for each additional borrower.

**Travel Fee applies to any General Notary Service regardless of the distance and to Signing Agent Service if the notary travels more than a 20 mile radius from LAX area.

Deduct $25.00 if loan documents are delivered to the notary.

Payment is required at the time of service, unless alternative method is previously agreed upon.
