SERVICES
NPAYS offers a variety of services, here are just a few...
Basic Service:
Includes acceptance of appointment and prep-work of loan documents. Witnessing properly executed and notarization of documents; the delivery of loan package to designated location in a timely manner. There will be an additional fee if the notary travels more than a 20 mile radius from the LAX area. (Starts at $150.00)
1st & 2nd
Trust Deed Service: Includes the same coverage as the Basic Service, but represents a 1st and 2nd Mortgage loan set. (Starts at $200.00)
E-docs Service: Represents printing clean crisp professional documents for you and your client. (Add $50.00 to any service) Missed Appointment: A $100.00 fee is charged for missed appointments (client is a no show); cancellation (under 3 hours) or any refused or halted signing. Travel Services: A Travel Service Fee of $2.00 per mile is applied to all General Notary Services regardless of the distance and is added to the Signing Agent Fees if the notary travels more than a 20 mile radius from the LAX area.
Fax Service: Documents can be faxed to your company and/or client for $1.00 per page.
Courier Service: If you would like packages picked up from your location (or your client's location) and dropped off to any desired location there is a nominal fee of $2.00 per mile. Please Note: Delivery of completed properly notarized documents to any courier (UPS, Fedex, Airborne, USPS, etc.) is included with all Signing Agent services at no additional charge, you must supply an account number.
Surcharge:
For
Signing Agent or Notary Services that takes
place during Premium Business Hours which encompass:
Monday thru Saturday
On Site Service: If your office
experiences end-of-month crunch periods
NPAYS
will gladly come to your office, utilize an extra desk or conference room and perform all
notary acts. There only for the time
needed. Please Note: You may incur 3% service fee with PayPal and Credit Card transactions |
